You can address a mediator to settle a dispute as follows:
-
both before the appeal to the court
- and at any stage of civil proceedings
-
inter alia in the course of enforcement proceedings.
The mediation does not limit the right to judicial protection and does not hinder the appeal to the court (at the pre-trial stage) or the return to legal proceedings (if the mediation was conducted upon filing of the claim and did not end with the reconciliation of the parties).
